Cancellation policy

At Wishlet, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can request cancellation of your order.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped or handed over to our delivery partner.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Name used for the order
  • Phone number or email associated with the order
  • Reason for cancellation, if applicable

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, you may need to receive the order and follow our Return & Refund Policy, if the product is eligible for return.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted after payment has been made, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method or refund process.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment refund is applicable if the order is successfully cancelled before shipment.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

5. Cancellation by Wishlet

Wishlet reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product being unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Operational or logistical issues
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

6. How to Request Cancellation
